The services you are paying for represent the culmination of decades of study, dedicated research, and clinical care. You are paying for those decades of study and experience. Individuals for whom the conceirge fee is prohibitive are welcome to book an a la carte visit.

Your first monthly fee is nonrefundable as it involves an in-depth chart review, assessment, and health optimization plan. Monthly subscription fees for months after the first will be prorated for the days of the month remaining in your contract should you choose to cancel.

Our concierge panel has a limited number of spots in order to assure that our patients get their money’s worth in terms of personalized care. If you have been waitlisted, please continue care with your current medical provider until you have been made aware that a spot has opened up. You are welcome to schedule an a la carte visit for preliminary optimization of your health status while you wait. You can also check back after open enrollment periods in November, when many individuals change their insurance plans.
