This monthly cost applies to Dr. Jaffery’s personal panel of concierge patients. Our practice manages your primary medical care with a focus on longevity and functional medicine. Patients pay no cost per visit and are able to communicate with Dr. Jaffery 24/7 through a dedicated phone line. This monthly cost does not include insurance policies or premiums and is a separate physician’s retainer fee. Concierge patients who sign up for a year of service are eligible for a 10% discount on the monthly cost.
